Here, in addition to the period of employment itself, the period of education received also counts. As many as 6 years are added to seniority for a completed post-secondary school. The largest number, 8 years, is added to seniority for college education. This means that after graduating from college, you only need to work for 2 years in order for the number of vacation days to start at 26.
