    • necessity to process personal data for purposes arising from legally justified interests pursued by Atlas Work, in particular marketing of own services, carrying out analytical and statistical measurements,
    • conclusion and implementation of contracts concluded with ATLAS WORK to which you are a party or when it is necessary to take action before concluding a contract at the request of the data subject;

  6. Atlas Work provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data provided by Users, in particular preventing access to them by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, preventing loss data, destruction or damage.
  7. In the scope related to the processing of the User's personal data, he is entitled to:
    • right to access personal data;
    •  right to request rectification of personal data;
    • right to delete personal data;
    • right to limit the processing of personal data;
    • the right to transfer data to another Administrator;
    • the right to object to data processing, including profiling, and for direct marketing purposes, including profiling;
    • the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  9. ATLAS WORK will not transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
  10. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and then for the period of limitation of claims.
  11. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to delete the User's data if their retention is necessary to fulfill claims or if it is required by applicable law.
  12. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to contact us.

In accordance with applicable law, we may transfer User data to entities processing them on behalf of ATLAS WORK, i.e. entities providing IT services, entities delivering correspondence and providing courier services, accounting and bookkeeping services, banking services, legal and administrative, and entities authorized by law to obtain data on the basis of applicable law.

II. Contact forms

  1. Any information provided by the User via the "Contact Form" window located on the atlaswork.pl website, are used by the Administrator only to establish contact between the User and the Administrator and to send the Administrator, in response to an inquiry, request, application or letter, information on marketing, services provided, order processing.
  2. User data provided via the "Contact Form" window, after responding, are subject to immediate deletion, with the exception of personal data of the User who decides to cooperate with the Administrator, which remains in the Customers' file.

  1.
